Heavy metals are in foods, water, air & long exposure to it can put a major toll on our health. The liver is the body’s primary organ of detoxification — but too much toxins can overburden it. When the liver isn’t functioning properly, it allows more toxins to pass through to our bloodstream, contributing to potential illness.
There are many ways to eliminate of toxic metals — first is to avoid it. Old metals can leech particles in kitchenware & utensils. Be mindful of metals that contact your food & avoid using aluminum.

Today marks another powerful 1.1.1 energy code activation on the Golden Age – Level 1 timeline. ✨🙏🏽👁🤍✨
This heightened frequency will be experienced very differently depending on the condition of the body-vessel and one’s level of consciousness. For me, it’s brought a deeper inner knowing—an ощущение (in Russian meaning an inner felt sense or embodied knowing) that Heaven is expanding. Peace, joy, gratitude, abundance, and LOVE feels overflowing.
There’s been little desire for matrix entertainment, aside from tuning in to observe the fall of the cabal” movie unfolding on the world stage.
That's the best comedy, drama, action, and hero’s-journey series ever!
We’re watching a multidimensional chessboard where multiple checkmates are lining up. And these games aren’t played for a few pieces of silver coin—this is for the whole kitten-kaboodle. It’s do or die for the [ds] minions.
That said, like passionate spectators watching a ball game from VIP suite boxes—sipping fresh-squeezed organic juices and dipping sourdough bread into a lion’s mane and cauliflower purée soup with bone broth—we’re reminded not to get overly stirred by this circus shift-show.
It’s healthy to portal out of the matrix, recalibrate the auric field, and return to center. And this 1.1.1 energy is a perfect day to do exactly that.
Remember who you are—and why you’re here. It’s not to trade most of your life force for a soulless corporation in exchange for fiat paper that's printed at will. And it’s not to turn around and spend that currency on toxic, corporate matrix products.
Without using matrix label identities or job titles — now ask who are you? Start there.
Because once remembrance ignites, action naturally follows—and that’s how new realities are built.

The FBI executed a court-authorized search warrant at the Fulton County Election Center in Georgia, seizing ballots and documents connected to the 2020 presidential election. An FBI mobile command center was set up outside the election warehouse, and multiple transport trucks were brought in to retrieve materials. The FBI Deputy Director was reported to be on scene, along with DNI Tulsi Gabbard.
Approximately 145,000 ballots that have not been made available for public inspection, despite a judge ordering their review. Six sworn affidavits allege the ballots were counterfeit or irregular. Fulton County previously refused to comply with the court-ordered inspection.
Remember Pedo Joe won Georgia in 2020 by 11,779 votes.
“Pristine ballots,” noting a “difference in the texture of the paper,” with “a different feel” and “no markings,” and that approximately “98%” were marked for Joe Biden. -Susan Voyles, a 20-year election official
