Many of you are experiencing physical symptoms of ascension as high frequencies penetrate and calibrate human bodies. It is vital to start to pay attention and learn to understand what each symptom means. These symptoms allow your body to communicate with your higher self and validate the DNA upgrade that is happening as you move into 5D.

Some of the symptoms are:

Goosebumps - the most common symptom that acts as confirmation of a particular action or a statement. Thank your guides when you receive such confirmation. Gratitude will help connect you further with your guides and your higher self and receive more precise communication.

Irritability – typically comes from a resistant entity that has claimed your space. The longer the entity has sat within your space, the more irritable you will be when clearing and upgrading happen. Ask for help in clearing those entities via mediums, clairvoyants, shamans, energetic workers, etc. You will know the correct path to take when you are ready to let it go.

Unusual food cravings and diet change – follow your food cravings; they may open you up to a new experience.
