В израильскую телеком компанию Keepgo ищем Customer Support Specialist (English&Dutch).
Условия:
- Работа на полный рабочий день, удаленно, 170 час/мес.
- Рабочие часы: с 9 час по 18 час по нидерландскому времени.
- Работать предстоит в онлайн-чате и с имейлами. Надо отвечать на вопросы клиентов о продуктах, помогать решать их технические проблемы и т. д.
Главные требования:
- можно без опыта работы, английский и нидерландский
- на уровне выше среднего; умение общаться с людьми и находить к ним подход, желание помогать людям, дружелюбие и активность, желание учиться.
Зп от $500+, в зависимости от результатов интервью.

Обов’язки:
🔐 Оперативна перевірка запитів щодо виплати коштів клієнтам;
🔐 Аналіз логів, виявлення нестандартних закономірностей та розбіжностей;
🔐 Ідентифікація особи клієнтів;
🔐 Комунікація з саппортом із платіжних труднощів та питань клієнтів;
🔐 Моніторинг статистичних показників.
