Задачи:
🔸Администрирование прикладного программного обеспечения промышленных стендов (linux/docker/PostgreSQL/Redis/MongoDB).
🔸Управление обновлениями, настройками, мониторинг, восстановление после сбоев, планирование изменений, предупреждение и решение инцидентов.
🔸Выполнение задач в качестве DevOps-инженера, автоматизация задач администрирования промышленных стендов приложений и баз данных.
🔸Применение методологии и инструментов DevOps в работе (BitBucket, Ansible, Jenkins).
🔸Автоматизация инфраструктуры и вывод сервисов посредством Jenkins/Ansible/Python/Bash.
🔸Настройка, развитие систем мониторинга (Prometheus, Grafana) и анализа логов и событий (ELK/EFK).
🔸Активное взаимодействие с командами разработчиков и тестировщиков.
🔸Развитие процессов CI/CD.

Что мы ждем от кандидата?
🔸Опыт администрирования Linux/Ubuntu, настройка и администрирование kubernetes (dev/test/prod).
🔸Знание Docker, Helm, Gitlab CI/CD Container/Package Registry.
🔸Умение работать с Ansible/AWX, Bash.
🔸Знание Python, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, Desirable, Graylog, Hazelcast, Ceph.
🔸Опыт работы с Kafka/Zookeeper, Artifactory, Akhq/CMAK, Keycloak, Apache AirFlow, Hadoop.

🔸Понимание и применение на практике:

🔸Опыт работы с Helm или аналогами.

Key Responsibilities:
🔸Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure engineers, providing technical direction, performance management, and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:
🔸Minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
🔸Strong experience with virtualization technologies, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
🔸Familiarity with networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
🔸Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
🔸Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🔸Proven track record of managing teams, driving projects to completion, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
