I love this joke because it reminds me of File System where all files are encoded based on 2 parameters:
1) offset after the dot in p
2) length of the sequence

Since pi is proven to be infite in hexadecimal representation you can somewhat safely say that every piece of information you have ever seen on your screen/worked with is encoded with Pi
