Half of 2025 was in destruction, how i'm fixed it:

felt a little distraction last months and want to return monk mode

The first steps: mind reboot + rebuilding my routine

- reset your mind and ask yourself: “what’s actually the priority right now”
- write down your goals, priorities, break everything into small, clear tasks
- list every reason why you’re getting distracted, and fix them one by one
- do some sport or any physical activity (best stress-killer)
- cut useless habits like scrolling reels and random content (pure time waste)
- drop the environment that drags you down (people with negative vibes aren’t worth your energy)
- fix your eating and sleep routine , that’s your base layer for productivity

Main points I need to fix ASAP:

- stabilize my sleep: in bed at 10 PM, up at 6 AM, no excuses
- eat clean, healthy food 4 times a day, track calories/macros, no junk
- bring back daily physical activity, the body has to work
- write down my priorities and actually start executing them
- dedicate at least 10 hours per day to real work, zero distractions
- start learning new skills, the brain needs constant upgrades
- get back to consistently creating valuable content
- stop running from my fears: streams, speaking, just show up and do it
- cut distractions and entertainment, max once per week
- identify my strengths and put full focus on them

all problems are in our head, at least that’s how I see it

sleep, nutrition, and training are the foundation for basic human productivity

everything else is just points you need for boosting your work results

that includes: identifying your strong skills, upgrading new ones, creating your own products

I want to fix all of this before 2026 and hit new strong results

last time, i noticed some changes

this changed my performance by 100%+

content boost works differently now, we need to adapt to it

here are my observations:

- a tweet doesn’t fly to the moon in the first 3 hours, it gains impressions linearly for several days
- replies boost the account even more, because the market is so really boring
- the more bookmarks in the first 24hrs, the stronger your tweet will perform
- quotes, from what i feel, boost content more than retweets
- a tweet on a topic outside CT gets way more views, the audience is much wider
- articles are almost always a banger, especially for small accounts
- it’s valuable to make shitposts, not only long hard-to-read tweets
- the more viral a tweet gets from the broad audience side, the more it will gain

what changes have you noticed? btw, we need to discuss this and perform better than others
