⚠️ Orion Protocol has reissued ORN 1:1 via token swap, with automatic distribution of new tokens to all ORN holders ⚠️
Today, KuCoin announced a hack worth ~$200million of stolen assets. A number of assets held on KuCoin were affected, including 3.8 million ORN.
While this situation was beyond our control, rectifying this for ORN holders has been of utmost importance to us. As a result, we have reissued all ORN tokens 1:1 via a token swap.
A snapshot was taken on the block 10939462 at 5:00 PM UTC. ORN’s ERC20 tokens will now be reissued 1:1 via a new smart contract and distributed to the holders of the previous token, rendering the previous contract address and tokens obsolete. The stolen tokens will be worthless and have no impact on the secondary market.
Trading will resume shortly with a new ORN token address:
