Secretary General Mark Rutte clashed with Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal last week after Estonia invoked NATO’s Article 4 clause.

Rutte argued that if Article 4 were invoked every time Russia violated sovereignty it would quickly lose impact.

@Hakeemvallam: However in the case of hitting the harvesting vehicles the Russians were claiming they were targeting a huge gathering of vehicles for transporting and launching drones.
So either their targeting information is off or they are lying about what they were targeting.
