According to the Times of India, India's first S-400 squadron/regiment is "virtually operational in northwest India" but the delivery of the second has been delayed by the war in Ukraine.

@TallHappyDad @CohoKelly Just found 7 or so more RuAF tank losses and a MT-LB to add to their losses at Kamyanka. Working on presenting the info for later. Note also I have not included Russian losses at nearby Topolske and Donetske in this total as they are harder to quantify.
