Key insights:
1. The effectiveness of ATACMS largely depends on the quantity supplied. Although ATACMS has proven effective, Russia has shown a capability to intercept these missiles. This requires Ukraine to deploy large numbers of missiles in strike packages to ensure guaranteed hits on aimpoints.
2. Effectiveness of ATACMS strikes would be greatly enhanced if it coincided with Storm Shadow/SCALP-EG strikes. Dealing with a combined ballistic and cruise missile threat greatly complicates missile defense efforts, and would force Russia to spread out its missile defense assets more widely.
3. In response, Russia is expected to escalate gray zone measures, a process it has already begun, and intensify its missile campaign against Ukraine's critical infrastructure and civilian...

I was given the position: Chief of Medical Services for my battalion. (НачМед)
Examples of my duties include ⭐️running the medical point of my battalion ⭐️managing the battalion evacuation teams and vehicles ⭐️arranging pre- and post- injury care my soldiers ⭐️maintaining the general health of my soldiers (monitoring and treating chronic illnesses and acute health problems, ⭐️and, of course, providing tactical medicine training, personally issuing and reviewing IFAKS (individual first aid kits.) These are just a few of my tasks.
Bad news:
This is a position for a seasoned military officer, not a civilian nurse.
However, we are facing massive shortages of trained military health personnel in the Ukrainian army and my commander appointed me to this role with the belief that I the ability to improve the medical system and provide quality care to our soldiers.
The last two weeks been a challenge....
