Preliminarily, 33 people were injured. Search and rescue operation is ongoing. Local authorities report that civilian infrastructure was also targeted.

@JoyceanNoia @midobecker_1: Situation in Kursk seems ok, though it is more difficult to assess because there is generally less information. Both sides are attacking but the scale seems to be small, and Ukraine still has good units there. It doesn't appear Russia has moved a large enough force there to retake the area, though they may try to over the winter. Situation on other parts of the front, like Vuhledar and Pokrovsk-Kurakhove, is still quite difficult and Russia continues to advance, though dismounted assaults can only move so fast and they obviously are taking losses. Hard to assess how much reserves Russia has available, so it is hard to assess when their offensive will culminate, and the Kursk offensive has made this phase of the war more unpredictable.
