RT @NOELreports: Satelite images emerged of Kushchevskaya airport after it was attacked by Ukrainian drones. Indeed a Su-27 fighter jet was destroyed, also a Su-34 fighter was damaged. Another Su-30 could also have taken damage, but this remains unclear from these images. https://twitter.com/NOELreports/status/1792456483839324655#m

RT @elinavaltonen: Finland is closely monitoring the situation after the removal of light buoys by Russia on Narva River. Russian action in the border river is yet another unfriendly act that is aimed at creating confusion.

Our solidarity is with our close friend and ally Estonia, @Tsahkna. 🇫🇮🇪🇪

RT @akihheikkinen: In Solna, Sweden a break-in attempt to restricted state compound (not named which agency but not the security police). Perpetrators came and fled with a boat. Guards intervened and apparently perps pulled guns and fled.

RT @kromark: 1/5 Finally, the aftermath of the Ukrainian UAV strike on the Kushchyovskaya air base in Krasnodar Oblast, as seen in a HR @planet image from May 23rd. 1 Su-27 is destroyed. 1 Su-34 is also heavily damaged. The Su-30 near the destroyed Su-27 might be damaged as well.

@PanzerJo: I think most of Ukraine is outside the coverage of Armavir and the ballistic missile warning network in general.

While there are overlapping coverage to the south, this strike means a degradation.

@FRHoffmann1: What benefits do you see from this strike?

There aren't many targets I think should be off limits but among them are nuclear C3I (include the early warning radars here), nuke warhead storage sites, SRF and SSBN bases and NPPs.

LRA is fair game as they are directly involved.

@moklasen: These sites usually doesn't have any AD but such a gamble comes with a real risk of derailing any attempt at making the White House lift the restrictions on hitting Russia proper.

@FRHoffmann1: I think this could derail the attempts at getting the White House to lift the restrictions on hitting Russia proper, while providing little actual benefits for Ukraine.

A caveat here is the actual coverage over Ukraine from Armavir as this is close to the edge.

RT @casusbellii: Im a bit confused about the last point because of Africa Corps activities in Libya these lasts months

I might be wrong here but these guys they sent to Kharkiv are probably just some ex Wagner boys who haven’t mooved a lot since Prigo death https://twitter.com/DefenceHQ/status/1793965846383018419#m

@ryankakiuchan: Not a new development. It was a feature during late Cold War exercises and have been a part of several BALTOPS exercises in recent times.
