This early morning, a [Ukrainian] UAV struck the "Severstal" steel plant in the Russian city of Cherepovets, located in Vologda Oblast, over 800km from the border with Ukraine.
That was announced by the authorities of Vologda Oblast of Russia.

In Chernivtsi Oblast of Ukraine, a car ploughed into the workers of the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support, hitting one of them. The driver then get out the car, attacking the workers and damaging their vehicle with an axe.
He was joined by another apparently angry man on a horse.
