If we have 2 Deltas in Severodvinsk, 3 in Gadzhiyevo and one of these is the Ekb, that leaves one missing, presumably at sea.

Upcoming Northern Fleet activity
Two NOTAMS labeled "Russian Navy" and "Impact area for Russian missiles", and a corresponding NAVWARN, has been issued ivo Bear Island for August 11th to 15th.
Not sure what to expect, but this could indicate an increase in NORFLT activity.
