Looks like that's still the case, and that the Gorshkov likely is heading for the Baltic.

UPD: Based on the analysis of sounds, we came to conclusion that right now there are exercises with the use of under-barrel grenade launchers near the village of Zabozzie (Yelsk district, Gomel region).
