203. UAF 93 Mechanized Bde again with RuAF losses as described. Note unlikely to be LPR/DPR if near Izyum.
Also the BRDM-2 may in fact be 9P148 Konkurs ATGM carrier as I can't clearly see a turret or turret hole. Further AFAIK Russia no longer uses BRDM-2.
