The prime contractor would be Raytheon.
"The description and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded."

Ukrainian infantry often have to walk up to 10 kilometers just to reach the front line and often spend months at a time on the zero line without rotation. UAS crews often have to walk long distances with heavy equipment as well. Poor physical fitness remains a liability in combat.
