RT @ThrustWR: @AirPowerNEW1: All these capacities are achievable without exorbitant costs. Installed/existing or funded capacity for MSE is 650 a year; for Talon, it is 96 a year; for SM-6, it is headed to 300 a year; for SM-3, it is 84-120 a year.

What does that mean in terms of AUR production capacity?
🔸MSE: 1,000 / year
🔸Talon: 200 / year
🔸SM-6: 1,000 / year
🔸SM-3: 200/year
And that's just ball-park starting point.

@Tech_priest1667 @bentanmy @jvekseel @HonzaStropek @waffentraeger: M777 production is not yet restarted. It is on contract but the last update was that BAE had not even determined at which facility they would be conducting the work.

@Tech_priest1667 @bentanmy @jvekseel @HonzaStropek @waffentraeger: "Ok but restarting production of complicated equipment isn't quick or simple."
Yes that is my point. You said they restarted production already. They haven't. They are on contract to restart, but production has not commenced. Except for barrel production, that isn't restarting because it never stopped. M776 barrels for the M777 are made by Watervliet Arsenal in New York.
