The White House would need request another bill worth over $40 billion sometime later in the year. At the rate that US has been giving aid to Ukraine, $40 billion would not last a whole 2 years

The $45 billion is seperate. In 2022 US requested $13.6 B, then $40 B, then $12.3 B, then $45 B. The $45 B won’t last a year based on US aid to Ukraine in 2022

By the end of September, USA used up all the direct military aid to Ukraine in the $13.6 Billion bill and in the $40 Billion bill. That’s why $12.3 Billion in emergency aid was requested

There should be a Speaker who is a moderate, then Democrats and Republicans should both vote for them. Instead of the extremists.
