Potential nuclear use now has reentered the discourse.

With increasing pressure Russia becomes more unpredictable, so nothing can be ruled out, but I still find nuclear escalation unlikely, as of now.

Russia has little to gain, but much to loose, if they break the nuclear taboo

I disagree with Rose that Russian nuclear use is likely - it is not - but it would be worthwhile to continue to send subtle but clear deterrence messages (like Bomber Task Force) and say directly and privately to Putin that the US/NATO would engage if Russia goes nuclear. https://t.co/dryhSWYyRn
