An explosion and fire broke out in the engine room of a tanker in the Black Sea to the north of Turkey's Bosphorus strait.
The tanker Kairos, sailing unloaded toward Russian port of Novorossiysk, experienced a fire caused by an "external influence" about 28 miles off the Turkish coast.

@russianforces: Both @DnKornev and @benreuter_IMINT says this particular silo was a SS-18 silo later used for the Dnepr space launch vehicle so think I'll trust them on this.
