A: Pipes and special equipment had to be brought for such special operations. There was nothing like that on the territory of Belarus.

26 This UAF tactic to target fuel convoys (twt 25) is now over a week old. They are particularly vulnerable where main RuAF units by-passed towns Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv etc without securing their lines of communication. Textbook era & still not corrected
