### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow membership.
- Identify and engage potential members in crypto and finance sectors.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct outreach through various channels, including events and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to onboarding.
- Track and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.
### Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in crypto, finance, or tech.
- English C1 proficiency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM
software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interview top Web3 founders and VCs
- Track and analyze recent Web3 investments, producing daily reports
- Build partnerships with investors and service providers
- Assist in organizing in-person events in Dubai
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1 or higher) — exceptional speaking and writing skills are necessary
- Passion for Web3 with extensive knowledge and interest in the space
