Marketing Supervisor:
Hi dear web 3 unicorn fren.
We are building the most innovative CeDEX derivatives perpetual multichain exchange with liquidity pool from Binance.
Our project is in the crypto ecosystem products that keep developing from 2018.
We are currently looking for the high end marketing expert in web 3 for position as Marketing Lead, who will drive all social media channels and make it grow by audience as quick as we go to the moon!
Main requirements:
Hard:
• minimum 3 years of professional digital marketing experience in web 3 related projects(preferably related to trading)
• Proven social network with projects and KOL’s in web 3
• Knowledge of how to build all digital communication channels from 0(tg/twitter/youtube/discord)
• experience with data-driven content creation
• Deep knowledge of all web 3 market trends(esp DeFI, trading, RWA, AI, meme)
• Deep understanding of paid ads across the all social medias(tg ads/twitter ads/youtube ads)
• Working with analytical tools in all communication networks to see the real statistics of our campaign
• Professional analytical market tooks research skills including: analytic of competitors according to their SCM channels metrics and trading volumes
• Professional knowledge of all marketing campaign metrics(САС, CPL, CPM, CTR, LTV, ER, ROMI and etc)
• Working proficiency in XL sheet to manage and optimize marketing campaigns and budgeting for each channels
• Working in Notion and Confluence as daily based operational web tools
• Knowledge how to maximize user acquisition and get maximum effort from community engagement into the project development
• Make content publishing work as much effective as it would be possible
• Manage copyright and graphic design team
• Working with BD managers to achieve crypto communities, KOL’s, trading channels, alpha groups, youtube crypto bloggers and more(Best to have your own base in CIS and Asia) and to provide them partnership proposals which should work as win-win cooperation.
• RUS and ENG as working proficiency languages(third language esp chinese will be a great plus)
