Role Mission:
Double the number of the top-scored listing deals to increase listing revenue, trading fees, and to be their first exchange.
Main performance number: Personal monthly revenue
Second performance number: AUM from projects + Company’s revenue off them
Third performance number: Projects listed
Functions:
Sourcing: Hunt and list top promising projects to list with us before any other
exchange.
Customer Relations: Foster relationships with clients. Break the ice, learn and develop
customers’ needs and pains, clearly showcase the value of Choise.com, and ABC*.
*Don’t apply if the reference doesn’t land.
Deals: Increase onboarding, monthly, revshare revenues + APY sourced from
institutional customers
Product: become an active contributor to CHO custdev, be a few steps ahead in
customers’ needs, figure out reasons, be data-driven and a heartfelt professional.
Team: Grow within a team of top-performing sales managers to increase Company
revenue.
Workflow: be active in No-BS approach, adhere to and contribute to improving
workflow and biz pricatices.
Learning: Be a relentless learner and constantly up your game
