Our development team consists of over 600 developers, we are creating Fintech products, payment systems and advertising platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Building a monitoring system for the services and user funds.
- Ensuring the security of assets in the multisig wallet.
- Developing response scenarios for risks (e.g., sudden market changes, anomalies).
- Integrating security processes into the protocol's architecture.
- Participating in the audit process of smart contracts done by third-party auditors.
Key Skills and Experience:
Service Monitoring and Security:
- Monitoring the services that work with our smart contracts.
- Protecting services and data from attacks and failures.
- Logging, detecting, and responding to anomalies.
Multisig Wallet Security:
- Experience with Fireblocks or similar treasury management platforms.
- Assessing and mitigating risks associated with managing user funds.
Blockchain Security Expertise:
- Deep understanding of blockchain-specific vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, security breaches, etc.).
- Knowledge of security standards (SWC Registry, OWASP, OpenZeppelin Best Practices).
Smart Contract Audit Participation:
- Collaborating with third-party auditors during the smart contract audit process.
- Reviewing audit findings and helping implement necessary security improvements.
Financial Risk Management:
- Monitoring sudden price drops or market disruptions in token-related assets and automating responses to events.
- Risk analysis and safeguarding user funds.
Security Integration:
- Setting up CI/CD pipelines with security checks.
- Managing access control and implementing zonal security for critical services.
Tools and Technologies:
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack).
- AI/ML applications for detecting suspicious operations.

Responsibilities:
• Designing services and functionality of a digital-banking platform from scratch
• Collection, decomposition, description of business requirements, writing project documentation, generation of technical specifications for the development team
• Supporting the identification and development of user stories
• Interaction with Product owner, Dev team, QA
• Description of methods for external API integrations
• Updating existing documentation
• Support of the project from the moment of drawing up the documentation to the transfer of ready-made functionality to the customer
• Formation of tasks for improvements in the system
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree
• English С1-С2 level
• 3+ years of experience or more as a business analyst or pm
• Experience writing technical documentation
• Ability to quickly adapt and understand existing program scope or assist the government with identification and documentation of intended scope where needed
• Understands conceptual business models and process flows
• Advanced experience using Jira and Confluence
