As per last night's announcement during town hall - Fund8 submission deadline was pushed to March 17, 11AM UTC. This means you can not only edit but also submit new ideas until then. However, we strongly encourage everyone to submit these at least week in advance to allow community to help you with feedback. After March 17 - proposals will be locked for edits and need to be fully finalized before then.
