По данным агентства финансовых услуг (FSA) Японии, 190 компаний планируют получить регистрацию в качестве операторов криптовалютных бирж в стране.
🔺«Согласно количеству запросов относительно регистрации и предварительных консультаций, более 190 операторов заявляют о своем намерении выйти на местный рынок», – сообщил регулятор.
✅Для сравнения, в предыдущем отчете, представленном в августе, агентство сообщило, что о намерении выйти на японский криптовалютный рынок заявило только 160 операторов.
📣Некоторые компании сами объявили о своих планах по запуску бизнеса, связанного с криптовалютами. Среди них Line Corp., Yahoo, Money Forward Inc., Drecom Co. Ltd., Yamane Medical Corp., Adways Inc., Avex Inc., Daiwa Securities Group, Samurai & J Partners, Appbank Inc., I-Freek Mobile Inc., Forside Co. Ltd. и Fasteps Co. Ltd. According to Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA), 190 companies plan to register as cryptocurrency exchange operators in the country.
“According to the number of requests for registration and preliminary consultations, more than 190 operators declare their intention to enter the local market,” the regulator said.
✅ For comparison, in the previous report submitted in August, the agency reported that only 160 operators announced their intention to enter the Japanese cryptocurrency market.
Some companies themselves have announced plans to launch a cryptocurrency business. Among them, Line Corp., Yahoo, Money Forward Inc., Drecom Co. Ltd., Yamane Medical Corp., Adways Inc., Avex Inc., Daiwa Securities Group, Samurai & J Partners, Appbank Inc., I-Freek Mobile Inc., Forside Co. Ltd. and Fasteps Co. Ltd. Now, according to the Law on Payment Services, they must register with the FSA.
🔽 To date, 16 cryptocurrency companies have been registered in Japan. Three more - Coincheck, Lastroots and Everybody's Bitcoin - are temporarily registered while their applications are reviewed by the regulatory authority.
“After the hacking, the Zaif cryptocurrency exchange moved to another regulated platform - Fisco Cryptocurrency Exchange Inc. Bittrade was recently acquired by Huobi and is now restarted as Huobi Japan. Madison Group has announced plans to acquire a stake in BitOcean, Ceres Inc. announced the merger with the Xtheta cryptocurrency exchange, and the Coincheck cryptocurrency exchange after the hack was bought by the Monex Group.
