На днях блокчейн-стартап Verge, под управлением которого находится анонимная цифровая валюта XVG, разместил твит, повествующий о выпуске в скором времени очередного обновления, которое затрагивает десктопные криптовалютные кошельки, а также iOS-версии.
❗️Согласно полученным данным в ходе опроса пользователей сообщества Verge, около 48% голосов было отдано за введение «системы кольцевых анонимных транзакций под названием RingCT», в то время как второе место с 34% голосов занял «кошелек iOS». Всего в опросе участвовало порядка 3000 человек.
✔️Таким образом, команда блокчейн-стартапа приняла решение о запуске работ над обновлением, включающем в себя RingCT, а также введение новшеств и усовершенствований в кошельки декстоп и iOS версий. Известно, что последние версии кошелька Verge iOS и настольного кошелька задействовали интерфейс Insight API (Application Programming Interface), который не обеспечивает надежного и безопасного хранения приватных ключей пользователей.
