This situation has decided to take advantage of the management of Gryphon, which owns farms of ASIC miners, operating on 100% green energy.
📌The company will enter the stock market in the third quarter, offering investors shares that can outperform competitors when the authorities begin to tighten environmental standards for miners. Gryphon's stock will appear on the NASDAQ in the course of a reverse takeover of the Sphere 3D company already traded there. Both firms have agreed on the terms of the merger and are awaiting a decision by the US SEC.
Analysts do not believe that Gryphon will be able to attract the attention of investors for a long time. Any problems for miners will affect the BTC rate, on which the profitability of Gryphon's business depends, in exactly the same way as competitors.
