Соответствующую заявку американский регулятор направил в конце этой недели в окружной суд США по Южному округу Нью-Йорка. В заявке говорится, что Джон Хайман был одним из участников ICO Telegram.
✅По данным SEC, экс-советник команды Павла Дурова вел переговоры с несколькими инвесторами, которые впоследствии вложились в токены Gram.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) calls on the High Court of England and Wales to oblige John Hyman, Gram token placement, to testify. This person previously served as Telegram's chief investment adviser.
The American regulator sent a corresponding application at the end of this week to the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. The application says that John Hyman was one of the participants in the Telegram ICO.
✅According to the SEC, the ex-adviser to the team of Pavel Durov negotiated with several investors who subsequently invested in Gram tokens.
In January 2018, Pavel Durov even appointed Hyman responsible for the distribution of coins between investors. SEC calls on English court to oblige Hyman to testify as he is a British citizen.

You should not expect any profit from the purchase or storage of the Gram. Telegram makes no promises that you can make a profit.
