🔺«Предложение концептуально соответствует стандартам FATF и поддерживается Росфинмониторингом», — сказали представители службы.
В то же время глава комитета Госдумы по финансовому рынку Анатолий Аксаков рассказал «РИА Новости» о подготовке законопроекта о регулировании криптовалют.
🔺«Группа энтузиастов, но при этом достаточно взвешенных людей, готовит проект закона, который в ближайшее время должен поступить в комитет», — сказал он.
☝️Позже документ направят в ЦБ РФ и Минфин на обсуждение.
Также Аксаков заявил, что в феврале на площадке Госдумы планируют провести встречу с представителями регуляторов и экспертами по данному вопросу.
▪️ЦБ РФ предложил ввести запрет на оборот и майнинг криптовалют на территории России. Эта позиция почти не нашла поддержки среди законодателей.
В Минфине также выступили против запрета криптовалют и представили собственную концепцию регулирования рынка.

🔺"The proposal conceptually complies with the FATF standards and is supported by Rosfinmonitoring," the representatives of the service said.
At the same time, the head of the State Duma Committee on the financial market, Anatoly Aksakov, told RIA Novosti about the preparation of a bill on the regulation of cryptocurrencies.
🔺“A group of enthusiasts, but at the same time quite balanced people, is preparing a draft law, which should soon go to the committee,” he said.
☝️Later, the document will be sent to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance for discussion.
Aksakov also said that in February they plan to hold a meeting with representatives of regulators and experts on this issue at the State Duma site.
