Напомним, в России в январе 2021 года вступил в силу закон о так называемых цифровых активах. Власти признали криптовалюту имуществом и запретили использовать ее при оплате товаров и услуг.
По пути репрессий пошла и Турция. Местные СМИ сообщили, что использовать биткоин и остальные цифровые валюты в качестве платежного инструмента Анкара запретит с 30 апреля 2021 года.
Чиновники опубликовали официальный документ, в котором говорится, что нельзя использовать криптовалюту прямо или косвенно в расчетных транзакциях.
✅Компаниям запрещается с 30 апреля предлагать сервисы для обработки сделок с такими активами. В Центробанке Турции подчеркнули, что инвестиции в криптовалюты создают большие риски. Такие инструменты используются криминальными структурами, поэтому государство решило нанести сокрушительный удар по данной индустрии.
❗️Отметим, что Турция параллельно рассматривает варианты запуска государственной цифровой валюты (CBDC).
ЦБ планирует уже в этом году создать технологическую и правовую инфраструктуру для операций с цифровой лирой.

Recall that in Russia in January 2021, a law on so-called digital assets came into force. The authorities recognized the cryptocurrency as property and banned the use of it when paying for goods and services.
Turkey also followed the path of repression. Local media reported that Ankara will ban the use of bitcoin and other digital currencies as a payment instrument from April 30, 2021.
Officials have released an official document stating that cryptocurrency cannot be used directly or indirectly in settlement transactions.
✅Companies are prohibited from offering services for processing transactions with such assets from April 30th. The Central Bank of Turkey stressed that investments in cryptocurrencies pose great risks. Such tools are used by criminal structures, so the state decided to deal a crushing blow to this industry.
❗️Note that Turkey is simultaneously considering options for launching the state digital currency (CBDC).
The Central Bank plans to create a technological and legal infrastructure for operations with digital lira this year.

Несмотря на стремительный рост криптовалютного рынка, подавляющее большинство россиян все еще крайне скептически относится к биткоину. К такому выводу пришли аналитики банка "Открытие", опросившие жителей Северо-Западного федерального округа РФ.
Только 8% жителей этой части нашей страны, принявших участие в опросе, заявили, что цифровые валюты в течение ближайшего десятилетия заменят традиционные деньги.
34% респондентов уверены, что люди еще очень долго будут пользоваться обычными деньгами при оплате товаров и услуг.
✅Более 60% опрошенных жителей Северо-Западного ФО утверждают, что никакой биткоин не сможет разрушить банковский сектор. Через десять лет практически ничего не изменится в нашей стране, и люди по-прежнему будут брать кредиты и размещать рублевые и валютные депозиты в банках, считают россияне.
Отметим, что ранее КБ "Открытие" проводил аналогичный опрос жителей разных регионов РФ. Только 14% из них заявили исследователям, что биткоин и другие криптовалюты в перспективе заменят рубль и доллар.

Despite the rapid growth of the cryptocurrency market, the overwhelming majority of Russians are still extremely skeptical about Bitcoin. This is the conclusion reached by analysts at Otkritie Bank, who interviewed residents of the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation.
Only 8% of the residents of this part of our country who took part in the survey said that digital currencies will replace traditional money within the next decade.
34% of respondents are sure that people will use ordinary money for a very long time to pay for goods and services.
✅More than 60% of the surveyed residents of the Northwestern Federal District claim that no bitcoin can destroy the banking sector. In ten years, practically nothing will change in our country, and people will continue to take loans and place ruble and foreign currency deposits in banks, Russians believe.
Note that earlier the Otkritie design bureau conducted a similar survey of residents of different regions of the Russian Federation. Only 14% of them told researchers that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will replace the ruble and dollar in the future.
