Пока что ноябрьский максимум был установлен на отметке $54,85 именно на прошлой неделе, после чего спекулянты возобновили продажи криптомонеты, опустив ее ниже $50 в воскресенье. За счет роста биткоина курс LTC восстанавливается, текущая цена — $50. Вполне возможно, что вчерашний отскок от $48,40 придаст поддержку паре и мы увидим вторую волну роста уже на этой неделе в сторону $53-$54 уровней. Рекомендуем покупать на отскоке от поддержки $48,40 с $49,50 отметки.
✅ETH/USD: Ethereum продолжает чередовать положительные и отрицательные сессии. Восстановление крипторынка оказывает поддержку курсу ETHUSD, однако пока этого недостаточно, чтобы полностью нивелировать потери предыдущей торговой сессии. 📌«Райффайзенбанк» впервые выдал банковскую гарантию, в процессе фиксации которой был использован блокчейн. В сделке также участвовали НПЗ Мозыря, «Газпром нефть» и «Приорбанк» из Беларуси. Использование блокчейна традиционно ускорило процесс и снизило расходы повысив безопасность.
❗️Для фиксации сделки использовалось блокчейн-решение R-сhain. «Газпром нефть» был поставщиком, НПЗ из Беларуси – покупателем, а их банковским представителем – «Приорбанк». «Райффайзенбанк» обеспечивал финансовое содействие продавцу.
☝️Также сообщается, что в системе R-chain для обеспечения сделки использовалось четыре ноды, по одной для каждой из сторон. Благодаря этому был достигнут режим полного интегрирования.

Не прошло и года с тех пор, как Эстония начала выдавать лицензии компаниям криптовалютного сектора, а число лицензированных фирм уже перевалило за 900. Власти маленькой балтийской страны придерживаются прогрессивного подхода к регулирования криптосферы, однако стартапы жалуются на то, что местные банки по-прежнему неохотно идут на сотрудничество.
Эстония стала одной из первых юрисдикций в ЕС, узаконивших работу криптосектора. В стране выдаются два типа лицензий. Первый тип лицензий получили примерно 500 криптовалютных бирж, другую разновидность лицензии – операторы криптовалютных кошельков, которых насчитывается больше 400.
🚀Согласно отчёту ресурса Njord, опирающемуся на данные реестра экономической активности в Эстонии, процесс получения лицензии довольно прост. Эстонская финансовая разведка, регулирующая выдачу лицензий, официально в течение 30 дней рассматривает заявку, но, как правило, добро даётся через неделю или пару недель. Лицензия отзывается, если получившая её компания не начинает деятельность в течение шести месяцев после получения.
Основное требование к бизнесам – соблюдение законов о верификации тождества клиентов и борьбе с отмыванием денег. Криптовалютные структуры, зарегистрированные в Эстонии, легально работают в странах ЕС, членом которого Эстония является, и лицензия обязывает компанию соблюдать европейские законы также.
📌Как и в других странах, где власти пытаются создать дружелюбную к криптовалютам атмосферу (например, в Швейцарии) традиционные финансовые институты в Эстонии не поспевают за регуляторами и не в состоянии адекватно ответить на рост спроса со стороны молодой индустрии. Ограниченный доступ к банковским услугам остаётся главным препятствием для эстонского финтех-бизнеса. Многие местные компании вынуждены работать с иностранными банками и платёжными сервисами.
