Французский парламент утвердил предложенный регулятором финансового рынка l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) законопроект, призванный регулировать ICO. Новые правила могут заложить фундамент, на котором вырастет здание ведущего европейского хаба для токенсейлов. Законопроект был предложен к рассмотрению в марте этого года. В его основе лежит концепция «ICO-виз».
Министр финансов Франции Брюно Ле Мэр давно выступает в роли адвоката криптовалютных инноваций. В этом году он попросил бывшего банковского служащего Жана-Пьера Ландау разработать проект нормативно-правовой базы оборота криптовалют.
В интервью новостному сайту Numerama Ле Мэр заметил:

Французский парламент утвердил предложенный регулятором финансового рынка l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) законопроект, призванный регулировать ICO. Новые правила могут заложить фундамент, на котором вырастет здание ведущего европейского хаба для токенсейлов. Законопроект был предложен к рассмотрению в марте этого года. В его основе лежит концепция «ICO-виз».
Министр финансов Франции Брюно Ле Мэр давно выступает в роли адвоката криптовалютных инноваций. В этом году он попросил бывшего банковского служащего Жана-Пьера Ландау разработать проект нормативно-правовой базы оборота криптовалют.
