Министерство финансов РФ разослало новый пакет законопроектов, вводящих регулирование криптовалют в стране, в том числе, необходимость декларирования криптовалют и операций с ними.
✅В законопроекте предлагается обязать граждан декларировать операции с криптовалютой. Кроме того, криптовалютные биржи и обменники должны будут сообщать в ФНС о переводах цифровых валют. Правда, если физическое или юридическое лицо получило за год менее 100 000 рублей в криптовалютах, то декларировать операции не потребуется.
Конечно, в случае неповиновения предусмотрены штрафы. Так, за то, что гражданин не сообщил в налоговую службу о криптовалютных операциях, он получит штраф в размере 30% от полученных криптоактивов, но не менее 50 000 руб. В случае, если через кошелек за год прошло активов на сумму более 1 млн рублей, то ответственность будет уже уголовной – срок заключения может достигать трех лет.
