Фаза 1 представляет собой имплементацию технологии шардинга и создании 64 шардов, каждый из которых будет обладать пропускной способностью в 500 Кб. Для сравнения, в существующей сети Ethereum этот показатель составляет около 25 Кб.

The group will consist of nine members, and will be led by the chairman of the State Securities Commission, Pham Hong Song. In addition, the group will include representatives from the Main Department of Taxation, the National Institute of Finance of Vietnam, the customs service and the department of financial institutions of the State Bank of the country.
The research group will have to research blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and also help the government better navigate regulatory issues.
🖊Back in August 2017, the Prime Minister of Vietnam approved a plan for monitoring the development of the legal framework for regulating the cryptocurrency sector, also stating that cryptocurrencies will be recognized in the country.

В заявке отмечается, что цифровые деньги имеют преимущества над фиатными платежными системами. К ним относятся скорость проведения транзакций, а также доверие пользователей, которые обеспечивается благодаря использованию технологии блокчейна.

Companies are working on the initial stages of creating a tokenization platform called RBI Coin. Testing is planned to be completed by the end of 2020. The platform should accelerate cross-border interbank transactions, as well as transfers between organizations and improve liquidity management.
🖊According to the statement, RBI Coin was developed by Billon as part of the previous joint project of the companies - the Elevator Lab program, which ended March 5. Elevator uses the Billon blockchain, which allows electronic transactions with a digitized euro.
If successful, the pilot project is expected to be launched in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, where Raiffeisen Bank operates, namely in Belarus, the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia and Ukraine. A company spokeswoman said the bank is still discussing with its subsidiaries their participation in this project:

Документы направлены в Минэкономразвития. Глава думского комитета по финрынку Анатолий Аксаков подтвердил факт отправки, но подчеркнул, что это еще несогласованная версия. Депутаты Госдумы разработали законопроекты, которые вводят административную и уголовную ответственность за нарушения использования цифровых финансовых активов, цифровой валюты и цифровых прав. Два документа (о внесении изменений в Кодекс об административных правонарушениях и Уголовный кодекс) опубликованы в финансовом Telegram-канале «ОрдерКом», их подлинность РБК подтвердили два источника, знакомые с ходом обсуждения проекта. Документы направлены в Минэкономразвития. Глава думского комитета по финрынку Анатолий Аксаков подтвердил факт отправки, но подчеркнул, что это еще несогласованная версия. Минэкономразвития не ответило на запрос РБК.
