The Federal Tax Service did not comment on the activity of Russians in declaring income from cryptocurrencies, citing the fact that the collection of information for 2020 has not yet been completed. At the same time, the department noted that, in general, the procedure for taxing individuals' income from operations with cryptocurrencies has already been explained in the letter of the Ministry of Finance No. 03-04-07 / 33234 dated May 17, 2018.

Only 8% of the residents of this part of our country who took part in the survey said that digital currencies will replace traditional money within the next decade.
34% of respondents are sure that people will use ordinary money for a very long time to pay for goods and services.

Похожее заявление канадский регулятор опубликовал в конце этой недели. В нем говорится, что криптовалюты - это крайне рискованный инструмент. Индонезия присоединилась к тем странам, которые решили объявить войну биткоину и криптосфере в целом. Центробанк этой страны запретил использовать любые цифровые валюты при оплате товаров и услуг.
Перри Варджийо, занимающий пост главы ЦБ Индонезии, сделал на этой неделе соответствующее заявление, сообщили местные СМИ.
❗️Отметим, что в начале мая 2021 года власти Индонезии анонсировали введение налога с дохода, получаемого от криптотрейдинга. Правительство пообещало подготовить законопроект в самое ближайшее время.
Теперь же Центробанк страны вообще запретил оплачивать товары и услуги с помощью BTC и остальных монет. Глава Банка Индонезии подчеркнул, что криптовалюта не является законным платежным средством. Чтобы приказ регулятора выполнялся, он планирует усилить контроль за всеми транзакциями.
☝️Напомним, на этой неделе в Госдуме с аналогичным заявлением выступила глава Банка России Эльвира Набиуллина. Она также высказалась категорически против легализации биткоина, который она назвала суррогатом.

Indonesia joined those countries that decided to declare war on bitcoin and the cryptosphere in general. The central bank of this country has banned the use of any digital currencies when paying for goods and services.
Perry Varjiyo, who is the head of the Central Bank of Indonesia, made a statement this week, local media reported.
❗️Note that at the beginning of May 2021, the Indonesian authorities announced the introduction of a tax on income received from crypto trading. The government has promised to prepare a bill as soon as possible.
