It's kind of interesting because the 1999 bombings of Beograd resulted in unintended consequences in a different manner.
On the 27th of March 1999, as bombings were underway on Beograd, Yugoslav Lt. Colonel Zoltรกn Dani shot down the first and only recorded F-117 Nighthawk call sign "Vega 31".
Yugoslavia then went on and sold the plane to the Chinese which caused the US to bomb the Chinese embassy in an attempt to stop the handoff of the technology stripped from the plane, resulting in 3 Chinese nationals dying.
The technology from the F117 Nighthawk went on to contribute to China's Chengdu J-20 and Russia's Sukhoi Su-57.

๐ท๐ธ๐ท๐บ๐บ๐ธ - the United States will sanction NIS, (Naftna Industrija Srbije) on October 1st due to its Russian majority ownership.
"As banks will not be allowed to work with NIS, there will be difficulties in paying salaries and everything else. But let's wait and see for October 1, maybe a miracle will happen," Vucic said.
The Pancevo facility which is the only refinery in Serbia, has an annual capacity of 4.8 million tons and covers most of the Balkan country's needs, and sanctions could jeopardize its supply of crude via Croatia's Janaf.
NIS sold off 5% of its shares earlier this year in an attempt to avoid sanctions.

Going out on a limb here -- but if snapback sanctions occur on Iran (decision slated for later today by the UN NSC); China and Russia have already said on record that they will ignore the sanctions.
Should that scenario emerge, it could spread and countries start ignoring sanctions in general.

What are some of the global implications of this?
>Global digital banking expansion (MIR + other services)
>India ignores US sanctions and keeps buying oil from Russia
>Europe will put more sanctions on Russia and China for them ignoring sanctions
>Europe's energy costs will increase as they have cut off the cheapest source of energy
>Global arms manufacturing will continue to increase
>Serbia will side step sanctions on NIS, Croatia will somehow figure out how to import sanctioned oil
>Hungary will side step future sanctions on Russia
>German economic output will continue to flounder
>Countries subject to US sanctions will sell their banks dollar reserves
>Crypto will see increased usage to evade sanctions
>More countries will trade directly in goods ala Best Korea model
>Gold reserves across global banks will increase
>Venezuela will see increased imports
EU leadership is absent. They are off the coast of Monaco blissfully ignorant of what they have set in motion. Yet, large amounts of people in Balkan non-EU countries will clamor to be part of this EU.
Stockholm syndrome.

๐ญ๐ท๐ญ๐บ๐ธ๐ฐ On 24 September, MOL Group, Hungary's largest energy company, reported that joint capacity tests on the Adria crude oil pipeline with Croatian operator Janaf were unsuccessful due to technical issues. MOL claimed that the pipeline failed to maintain sufficient performance during trials, with operations halting after 30 minutes due to a power failure and pressure drops on the Croatian side. MOL alleged that Janaf deviated from the agreed plan, limiting peak performance to just one hour. The tests, which aimed to assess the pipeline's ability to transport up to 40,000 tons of oil daily, are essential for MOL to determine if the pipeline can serve as a viable alternative to Russian supply routes.
Janaf, however, denied these claims, stating that the third joint test in September had a lower flow rate only at MOL's request, and emphasized that there were no technical obstacles on their side. Janaf asserted its readiness to meet MOLโs full annual crude oil needs and assured both MOL and the EU of its capacity to supply sufficient quantities for Hungary and Slovakia.
