I've been reading on the H.R.1319 - American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 that the senate passed into "law" 3/11/21
While also reading WA State's Spending Plan for implementation of the ARPA.
I might be silent for awhile as I'm trying to put together something that simplifies this for everyone. It's regarding contact tracing, isolation facilities, etc.

All of Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and many more have been down since 9am. There's reporting that Facebook shut and locked their doors on their employees. The entire domain for Facebook no longer exists. This is also confirmed: the DNS records that tell systems how to find facebook.com or instagram.com got withdrawn this morning from the global routing tables. can you imagine working at Facebook right now when your email no longer works in all your internal Facebook based tools fail?
