Comrades, tomorrow at 9.30 a.m. the trial of the anti-fascist Adel will continue at the Tiergarten district court.
In addition to his anti-fascist convictions, Adel has a so-called "migration background", which has always been taken by the German investigating authorities as evidence of an increased "willingness to use violence" and has served as a pretext for violent and racist attacks and humiliations by the Berlin police. The "acts" that according to the indictment are supposed to have taken place as the prosecution wishes are legitimate in our eyes. We must remain consistent.
The struggle for the freedom of Adel and the struggle against state oppression will be important fields of action for us this year and next. We therefore call for solidarity in observing the trials and see you on the streets and in court tomorrow! Look out for each other!

Solidarity from Rojava to Chiapas with the Zapatistas
Taking part on the call from the EZLN from Chiapas on this day, for the "Global Action day against militarization and the capitalists war", the internationalists present on the Internationalist commune of Rojava shared a video message with a statement in Solidarity to the Zapatista struggle.
"Today, October 12, the Internationalist Commune of Rojava wants to join the Global Action against Militarization and Capitalist War and to stand in solidarity with the Mexican people, the Zapatista Army of National Liberation and the Zapatista Communities that are suffering attacks by the Mexican government. Military activity continues to grow in Chiapas and with it tensions that could lead to a new aggression against the sovereign Zapatista people."

An appeal was published yesterday in English by a youth collective in Mahabad called "Youth Organization Mahabad" aimed at the youth of Mahabad. The call gives practical advice on how to organize youth in the rebellion and calls for them to organize autonomously and with the alternative approach of democratic self-government. We translated and published the text for you because it makes the readers aware of the mentality and determination with which the youth in the streets are currently taking action against the regime.

The comrade on the right side of the top image, Dan Newey was persecuted by the UK courts of "supporting terrorism" as he joined the YPG to fight ISIS in 2017-2018. The YPG is not banned in the UK, although Syrian Kurdish forces have become increasingly embroiled in conflict with Turkey, after Ankara invaded on October2019 to create a 20-mile deep 'security zone' in northern Syria, where the Kurdish population was concentrated. Armed police conducted a raid on Dan Newey’s home but no charges were brought, and after some months his passport was returned to him – which family members say give him a “green light” to travel back to Syria.
Dan Newey was apprehended as he arrived at Heathrow early 2021. The case collapsed at the Old Bailey.
‘It’s disgusting. In the meantime the volunteers who have come back are being watched or arrested and the Government does not want anyone to hear their stories.'

We see your crimes! Therefore, as society and democratic forces we’ll join as global solidarity movement in line with the women and people’s demands of the region and we won’t stand silent in front of the committed war crimes and our governments complicity. We simply cannot stay silent.
Turkey ́s ongoing war crimes clearly show that Turkey has been encouraged by the silence of the international community and thinks that it has been given a green light to commit war crimes wherever it wants. The unfortunate result of this silence means to be an accomplice of Turkey ́s war crimes. Instead of capitulating to Turkish instrumentalisation of its NATO membership the international community must take the allegations of the use of chemical weapons serious by having experts looking into the matter.

On Saturday 15.10.2022 in Leipzig 2,500 people ran with the alliance "Now that's enough! " through the town. There should be a sign against the price increase and for a solidarity crisis management. There were delivery demonstrations from the west, east and south of Leipzig. In addition, there was a walk around the Leipzig Ring to show "We don't freeze for your profits"
