The Norwegian Navy is currently active, as they are sending a transmission through the NATO STANAG-4285 digital modem. The state of the transmission is that it's not idle, but rather that text is being continously sent.

A frequency belonging to the Royal Air Force (RAF) has been continously sending beeping tones of 1000 hz every 1 second
The beeps on the right are originating from the UK, while the beeps on the left are much stronger on the coast of Qatar
2 men on an aeronautical frequency, speaking in Arabic, arguing with one saying "I sent you the money!"
The red highlight is a NATO STANAG-4285, active for the past 45 minutes. The green is the Hypnotoad, an alleged Iranian radar that I have been investigating for nearly a year.
Kurdish territories in Syria advanced by 5.30 kilometers.
A word of advice: avoid this person and his account on X, as everything he says is just fear mongering and straight up misinformation.
