AKERs, please note that our points system is currently undergoing an upgrade as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance performance, reliability, and overall user experience.

As a result, points redemption has been temporarily suspended. The upgraded system is expected to go live in February, at which point redemption will be re-enabled.

Please note: all points earned during this month will be safely accumulated and carried over to the next month once the upgraded system goes live. No points will be lost.
