BREAKING: Ozzy Osbourne, the wailing Black Sabbath singer-turned-solo act who took the โCrazy Trainโ from a bleak childhood in working-class Birmingham, England, to heavy metal stardom, has died.
He was 76.
His family announced the rock legend's passing in a statement to the U.K. Press Association: โIt is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.โ
Word of Osbourne's demise came weeks after the ailing front man reunited with his original Black Sabbath bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, for a triumphant final show in July 2025.

NEW๐ฅ: Three House committees are banding together to subpoena Democratic fundraising giant ActBlue on Tuesday, accusing the platform of having accepted "fraudulent or illegal" donations for left-wing candidates.
"In light of allegations that online fundraising platforms that serve as conduits for political donations have accepted fraudulent donations from domestic and foreign sources, the Committees are conducting oversight to inform potential legislative reforms," House investigators' letter to ActBlue read.
"To further our oversight and legislative reform efforts, on April 2, 2025, the Committees requested documents and communications related to internal misconduct and whistleblower retaliation at ActBlue. Although ActBlue initially provided documents voluntarily, it has since suspended its cooperation with the Committees. Therefore, the Committee on House Administration must resort to compulsory process to obtain the requested materials."
The subpoena is being led by Committee on House Administration Chair Bryan Steil, R-Wis., House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., and House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan, R-Ohio.

"Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes," Obama's office said in a statement.

The committee made the change in an updated "Athlete Safety Policy," posted to their website Monday, which does not mention the word transgender in any of its 27 pages. But the document does include language that implies that transgender women will no longer be able to compete in women's division.
