So what happened today was a lawsuit heard by the Supreme Court, whether or not private employees can be mandated to get the jab. The Supreme Court ruled against mandating PRIVATE employees. However, it left the door open for them to sue on behalf of health care workers by filing a new lawsuit.
Now, health care workers refile citing today's precedence.
