RE: Minneapolis Border Patrol Shooting

This video appears to show a plainclothes cop removing the suspect's gun during the scuffle.

But the other cops, apparently did not know that.

The suspect reached for his gun, not knowing it had been removed from its holster.

The cop in green saw the suspect reaching for the now missing gun and assumed the suspect was going to begin shooting, so the cop killed him.

This video (from the lady in pink standing on the sidewalk) shows the best view of the Border Patrol shooting in Minneapolis.

We already know a plainclothes cop removed the suspect's weapon during the scuffle.

The question is when that happened in relation to the first shot being fired.

Watch the actions of the plainclothes cop and the uniform cop (green shirt, blue jeans) who shoots the suspect.

The plainclothes cop does not begin his retreat until he sees the other cop draw his weapon. The retreat is immediately after taking control of the suspect's gun.
This all happens simultaneously in less than half a second.

The cop who fired had reason to believe the suspect was still armed and posed a threat.

At some point in time prior to the first shot being fired all of the following facts were true:

1. Pretti engaged in obstructive behavior.
2. Pretti committed a felony assault against a federal officer while armed.
3. Pretti resisted arrest while armed.
4. The fact that Pretti had a gun was revealed to all Officers there.

So a person for whom there was PC he had committed a violent felony, was resisting arrest, and was armed with a firearm were among the totality of circumstances known to the Officer at the time he used deadly force.

Use of deadly force policy does not require the Officers to wait until they are attacked.

🚨 Private jet crashed in Maine belonged to top anti-ICE / anti-Trump lawyers who defended illegal aliens; all passengers presumed dead.

- A 2020 Bombardier CL-600 Challenger belonging to KTKJ Challenger LLC crashed on takeoff last night at Bangor International Airport @ 7:45 amid heavy snow.

- Booms could be heard throughout the area and a reported eight travelers are presumed dead.

- The LLC is registered to Jason Itkin and Kurt Arnold, two trial attorneys who've made waves fighting conservatives in Texas and defending illegal aliens. It is not known whether Itkin and Arnold were on board or why they were in Maine.

- The Texas Voice has reported: "Along with George Soros and other personal injury trial lawyers, both the Arnold & Itkin and Abraham Watkins law firms were major donors to the left-wing First Tuesday PAC during the 2024 election cycle... First Tuesday was responsible for a multi-million dollar ad campaign that encouraged voters to “Stop MAGA Republicans” and “Vote For Every Democrat.” The Arnold & Itkin and Abraham Watkins law firms each donated $300,000 to First Tuesday in support of their efforts to elect Democrats in 2024."
