Bannon's lawyers tested EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE AVENUE for arguing that he J6 Committee was ILLEGALLY FORMED [in fact, that was true], and therefore the subpoena he got had no LEGAL FORCE and was unenforceable. The DC courts heard him out and said IT DIDN'T MATTER and weren't going to rule on whether or not Nancy ILLEGALLY FORMED THE J6 COMMITTEE and violated the House's own rules when she formed it [she did- in about 4 different specific ways]

The Court ruled whether or not Nancy dotted all those i's and crossed the t's in forming the J6 Committee was IRRELEVANT and they were not going to rule on that.

They ruled on whether or not the subpoena was a true legal document and if it was enforceable and defying it was a crime.

THEY SAID IT WAS.

The DC courts said this REPEATEDLY in their rulings. Irrespective of how the J6 Committee was formed, a subpoena from that committee has a legally enforceable document and therefore both Bannon and Navarro were ordered to appear.

When they continued to defy their subpoenas after the DC federal courts ruled that they must comply or they would be committing a federal crime, the DC US Attorney at that time, a shitheel named MATTHEW GRAVES immediately issued an indictment for the both of them, had them arrested, took them to trial, convicted both of them, and had them sent to prison.

Now, HOW MUCH SUCCESS do you see the Clinton's lawyers having as they try to argue that the

1. House Committee wasn't legally formed
2. The subpoena has no legal force, and is therefore unenforceable
3. Defying the subpoena to appear is not a federal crime?

These lawyers are boxed in already EVEN BEFORE THEY START TRYING TO ARGUE ABOUT THIS.

I don’t say this lightly, but everyone needs to watch this.

I think we just witnessed Tim Walz incite an insurrection. He is trying to paint ICE as the equivalent to the Gestapo, claiming they are hunting down all “people of color” and “asking for papers”.

This is EXTREMELY dangerous stuff. Not only is he lying about what’s happening, but not once did he tell his constituents to stay out of the way of federal law enforcement officers. He is actively encouraging them to obstruct ICE agents, as a means to cover up the massive fraud and criminality in his state.

This is 1860’s type stuff we are dealing with here, and you can see it on Walz’s face, especially at the end. He knows the severity of what he just did.

The Dems are in open rebellion against the Trump administration, while harboring illegal aliens in their Unconstitutional “sanctuary cities”, which they use to steal elections. This is irregular warfare.

RT @DHSgov: At 6:50 PM CT, federal law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted traffic stop in Minneapolis of an illegal alien from Venezuela who was released into the country by Joe Biden in 2022.

In an attempt to evade arrest, the subject fled the scene in his vehicle and crashed into a parked car. The subject then fled on foot.

The law enforcement officer caught up to the subject on foot and attempted to apprehend him when the subject began to resist and violently assault the officer. While the subject and law enforcement were in a struggle on the ground, two subjects came out of a nearby apartment and also attacked the law enforcement officer with a snow shovel and broom handle.

As the officer was being ambushed and attacked by the two individuals, the original subject got loose and began striking the officer with a shovel or broom stick.

Fearing for his life and safety as he was being ambushed by three individuals, the officer fired a defensive shot to defend his life. The initial subject was hit in the leg.

All three subjects ran back into the apartment and barricaded themselves inside.

The attacked officer and subject are both in the hospital. Both attackers are in custody.

This attack on another brave member of law enforcement took place while Minnesota’s top leaders, Governor Walz and Mayor Frey, are actively encouraging an organized resistance to ICE and federal law enforcement officers.

Their hateful rhetoric and resistance against men and women who are simply trying to do their jobs must end. Federal law enforcement officers are facing a 1,300% increase in assaults against them as they put their lives on the line to arrest criminals and lawbreakers.
