The Shillong Book Fair starts in full swing at State Central Library Complex, Shillong, Meghalaya. Being held from 5th October to 13th October, 11 AM to 7 PM, this 9 day literary festival being organised by National Book Trust (NBT) will serve as a paradise for book enthusiasts and bibliographies.
