Non-crime hate incidents should be scrapped and replaced with a "common sense" system, police leaders are set to recommend.

The scheme would mean only the most serious incidents are recorded as anti-social behaviour.

The recommendation is part of a review by leaders at the National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC) and College of Policing, which is set to be published next month and given to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood.

A judge has given Scottish doctors permission to give a blood transfusion to a teenage Jehovah’s Witness should she face death or life-threatening injuries following an operation.

Lawyers for a NHS health board addressed a judge at the Court of Session in Edinburgh over a situation which had arisen involving a 14-year-old girl.

Scotland’s highest civil court heard how the parties – who haven’t been identified – had gone to court because the child had told medics she didn’t consent to receiving a blood transfusion.

Judge Lady Tait heard how the schoolgirl told doctors that she was a Jehovah’s Witness and didn’t want to receive the procedure even in the event of a medical emergency.

A 13-year-old British boy has reportedly been stabbed to death in Portugal - before the killer took his own life by triggering a gas explosion.

The teen tragically passed away at around midday on Tuesday in the town of Casais, in the Tomar area of the country, according to local media.

It is understood he was attacked by his mother's ex-boyfriend, who then barricaded himself inside her home, Portuguese outlet Diario de Noticias reports.

The 43-year-old Portuguese citizen then allegedly turned on the gas to cause a leak, which killed him in an enormous blast.

He is believed to have a criminal record - and has also reportedly served time in prison.

The schoolboy's mother, also 43, who is British, is understood to have suffered minor physical injuries in the explosion in the centre of the southern European country.

She was reportedly taken to Tomar Hospital with her son, where she is believed to be receiving psychological support.

This is a point many fail to grasp. Many normies can't differentiate between fact and fiction and what is shown on the 'telly' and on our screens. This is why the world is in such a mess. Look who controls the TV, Hollywood, Algorithms etc.
