How do the people behind this not see their blatant hypocrisy? They are happy to support flourishing of ghettos in which only ethnic/religious minorities reside, yet need to 'break up' any white communities.

We need to subdue our pubs, keeps dogs on leads in the countryside - all not to 'offend' Muslims. Yet if they start building mosques everywhere, the locals could never use the same argument of 'feeling uncomfortable' like this.
